Friendly customer service and resolution of inquiries **Join our team!** **Receptionist** with administrative skills to become part of our team. **Job Description:** The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, customer service, and monitoring entries and exits at our facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and monitor entries and exits of visitors, suppliers, and staff. * Provide administrative support: managing emails, phone calls, documentation, and filing. * Deliver friendly customer service and resolve basic inquiries. * Coordinate schedules and appointments. * Maintain order at the reception desk and common areas. * Collaborate with other departments on operational tasks. **Requirements:** * **Completed high school diploma** (mandatory). * Prior experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles (preferred). * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, email). * Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor when interacting with the public. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Availability for working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$10,000 per month**. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth.
