We would like to invite you to participate in the selection process for this position and become part of our team.** **Here are the requirements:** **QUALITY AUDITOR** **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's Degree: Food Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering Knowledge of: GMPs, TIF, HACCP, SQF Ability to commute to the workplace Availability to work rotating shifts **(Monday to Friday)** * **Shift 1: 8:00 - 17:00** * **Shift 2: 15:30 - 12:30** * **Shift 3: 11:00 - 20:00** **Responsibilities:** 1. Pre-operational release of processing lines for startup. 2. Collection of microbiological samples from equipment and products. 3. Sensory evaluation of finished product. 4. Incoming inspection of raw materials. 5. Process verification on production lines. 6. Training for operational staff. 7. Preparation and submission of daily and weekly indicators. 8. Follow-up on action plans. 9.
