Job Summary: Temporary Quality Analyst to analyze and determine wheat types and flour characteristics, ensuring consistent product quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring information traceability *Grupo Trimex, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the production, distribution, and marketing of products across all categories of the wheat industry (white and prepared flours, as well as wheat milling derivatives), is seeking:* **QUALITY ANALYST – TEMPORARY** **Location:** *San Juan de Ocotán, Zapopan* ***Job Objective:*** To analyze and determine wheat types and flour characteristics to ensure plant-produced goods meet specifications, thereby guaranteeing consistent product quality and safety, as well as customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of physicochemical analysis and laboratory equipment handling * SAP proficiency preferred **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform physicochemical and rheological analyses on wheat flours using analytical techniques and laboratory equipment. * Schedule and manage calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Analyze raw materials and inputs to approve incoming material. * Sample and analyze flour during production to ensure output complies with established standards for each flour type. * Administer departmental operations through available systems, document control, and result recording to ensure information traceability. * Manage sampling and shipment of samples to third-party laboratories per the annual microbiological testing program to ensure product safety. ***WE OFFER:*** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * 30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo) * Grocery vouchers * Comprehensive and basic medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Credit union Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 5-6 months Pay: $18,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
