The candidate will supervise evening shift operations on the sales floor, ensuring proper product stocking and quality, area cleanliness, and compliance with service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate supermarket assistants * Verify proper product display, rotation, and freshness * Manage inventories, waste tracking, and raw material orders * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations * Handle and resolve customer and staff issues * Close cash register and submit shift reports **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience (preferably as supervisor or assistant supervisor) * Experience managing personnel and customer service * Knowledge of perishable goods and storage (a plus) * Availability to work evening shifts Job type: Full-time Salary: $3,600.00 per week Work Location: On-site
