




INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL TECHNICAL DEGREE, FOOD TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN OR SIMILAR Experience minimum 1 year Must live near the work area or be within a maximum of 40 minutes distance POSITION OBJECTIVE: Supervise and direct the company's production process, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as manage, administer, and optimize material and human resources to achieve maximum performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Guarantee cleanliness and safety in their area of responsibility (Production, transition warehouse, and transition). Assign tasks to be carried out by their team during product manufacturing at RNB. Coordinate sanitization of equipment, instruments, utensils, and work surfaces prior to production. Ensure team members comply with dress code and hygiene requirements before production begins. Coordinate sanitization of packaging materials prior to packaging. Establish the layout for manufacturing each product. Assign tasks to be performed by the work team at RNB. Ensure that products manufactured at RNB meet the specifications agreed upon with the client. Properly complete Quality Management System (QMS) records related to production. Coordinate delivery of finished and packaged product to the Conditioning Supervisor. Coordinate cleaning of production areas, transition areas, and transition warehouse before, during, and after manufacturing and packaging.
