




Job Summary: Tender Analyst responsible for comprehensively managing tender processes—from identifying opportunities to submitting and tracking proposals—ensuring regulatory compliance and competitiveness. Prepare and compile tender proposals We are seeking a TENDER ANALYST to comprehensively manage tender processes—from identifying opportunities to submitting and tracking proposals—ensuring regulatory compliance and competitiveness. Responsibilities: 1. Consult tender publications, terms and conditions, award announcements, and contract awards on the Government Electronic Procurement System (COMPRASMX), SAI, Secretariat portals, Decentralized Public Agencies (OPD’s), and Civil Hospitals, without limitation. 2. Thoroughly read and analyze published tender documents. 3. Conduct market research when required. 4. Prepare and compile tender proposals. 5. Prepare the Technical Proposal (analysis of technical specifications, referencing of manuals, and completion of annexes). 6. Prepare financial proposals. 7. Gather necessary legal and administrative documents for proposal submission. 8. Draft questions, when required, for submission during clarification meetings for each tender event. 9. Enter prepared proposals into COMPRASMX or any other format specified in the tender documents. 10. Analyze responses published following clarification meetings and make necessary adjustments to the proposal. 11. Monitor tender processes in which the company participates, with punctual follow-up. 12. Notify Management upon issuance of award decisions for tender events in which the company participates. 13. Contact participating institutions to follow up. 14. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding tender awards to ensure timely delivery of goods. Experience: * Analysis of tender documents and data * Proficiency in using procurement portals * Compilation of tender files * Preparation and review of proposals * Basic knowledge of LAASSP, applicable regulations, and guidelines * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site
