**Job Description** At **Eco Plate**, a leading company in eco-friendly products for restaurants, cafes, and hotels, we are seeking an **ERP System Analyst** focused specifically on managing and controlling our **Alfa ERP** system. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all operational, administrative, and inventory information within the ERP system is up-to-date, accurate, and flows properly across company departments. **Responsibilities** * Administer and operate the **Alfa ERP** system across its various modules (sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing). * Record and update transactions in real time. * Identify and correct system inconsistencies. * Generate operational and administrative reports for management. * Provide internal support to ERP users (sales, warehouse, imports, billing). * Coordinate with the ERP vendor to resolve technical issues. * Ensure proper tracking of goods inflows and outflows. * Maintain order and organization in digital processes. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience working with an ERP system (direct experience with **Alfa ERP** preferred). * Intermediate level in Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. * Organized, responsible, and capable of working with processes. * Ability to quickly learn administrative workflows. * **Plus:** Experience in companies managing inventory. **Schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Work Mode** **On-site – Zapopan, Jalisco** **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth within the administrative department. * Excellent work environment. * Involvement in key operational processes at Eco Plate.
