**MAJOR BEAUTY INDUSTRY COMPANY IS HIRING:** **STORE MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail store supervisor or manager Flexible availability Experience managing KPIs and personnel **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities and strategies to achieve established goals Purchase supplies, coordinating with the accounting department to verify prices Ensure daily and monthly reports are completed and sent to accounting, administrative management, and operations management Verify reconciliation of AVANT and ORION systems Place product orders and track them through weekly inventory checks Reinforce the sales process daily with all staff under supervision Ensure the store is in optimal condition and clean to provide a pleasant environment for customers Manage petty cash responsibly and ensure its prudent use **SKILLS:** Responsible Organized Effective communication Leadership **WORK LOCATION: Av.
