FUNCTIONS: • Plan and execute construction and renovation projects. • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and superiors during project execution. • Control budgets for scheduling improvements. SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm OFFER: Fixed biweekly salary of $30,000, benefits exceeding statutory requirements, corporate transportation, and job stability. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum academic qualification: Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field; ability to drive a car; managerial experience; prior experience managing performance indicators.
