**Objective:** Plan and monitor import and export operations, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations, correct documentation, and timely delivery of materials to warehouses, guaranteeing the continuous flow of the international supply chain. **Responsibilities:** · Plan and monitor weekly land imports. · Monitor air imports operationally, coordinating shipments, documentation, and customs clearance. · Manage and track exports according to customer requirements and current regulations. · Monitor the status of each shipment from origin to final delivery at destination warehouses. · Validate and coordinate that shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, customs forms, etc.) is complete and accurate for customs clearance. · Maintain continuous communication with procurement, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure proper receipt and availability of materials. · Monitor customs clearance times, identifying and resolving potential issues or delays. · Comply with applicable foreign trade guidelines and regulations (Customs Law, IMMEX, NOMs, non-tariff restrictions, etc.). · Document shipments and maintain updated records of import and export operations in the relevant system. **Competencies:** · Education: International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. · Minimum experience: 2 years in import, export, and customs clearance operations. · Practical knowledge of customs procedures, foreign trade documentation, and international logistics coordination. · Ability to coordinate multiple shipments and resolve operational contingencies. · Knowledge of Mexican foreign trade regulations (Customs Law, IMMEX, RRNA, etc.). · Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite). · Intermediate English (for handling suppliers and international shipments). · Organization, follow-up, effective communication, and teamwork. This position is within the **Foreign Trade and Logistics Department**, reporting directly to the **Import and Export Coordinator.** In case of illness, incapacity, or vacation, the position may be temporarily filled by the immediate supervisor.
