**Job Title** **E-commerce Specialist / Coordinator – Eco Plate** **Job Description** At **Eco Plate**, a leading company in ecological products for restaurants, cafes, and hotels, we are seeking an **E-commerce Specialist** responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our digital sales platforms. The objective of this position is to keep our products updated, ensure an efficient shopping experience, and track orders, customers, and sales reports. **Responsibilities** * Manage online sales platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.). * Publish and update products: photos, descriptions, prices, and categories. * Manage digital inventory and synchronize with the warehouse team. * Respond to customer messages within the platforms. * Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries. * Coordinate campaigns and promotions with marketing. * Analyze sales metrics, visits, best-selling products, and conversion rates. * Propose continuous improvements in user experience. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in e-commerce. * Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar. * Basic Excel skills. * Excellent organization and attention to detail. * Ability to solve problems and work with processes. * **Plus:** Experience with Mercado Libre or Amazon. * **Plus:** Basic knowledge of SEO or digital advertising. **Schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Work Mode** **On-site – Zapopan, Jalisco** **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Growth opportunities within the digital department. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Work with an eco-friendly brand with a vision for digital expansion Employment type: Full-time Salary: $6,978.66 - $11,169.34 per month Work Location: On-site job
