Dynamic work environment with a focus on continuous improvement. ***WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTANT WITH NETSUITE EXPERTISE!*** Join the largest hospitality group in Latin America, operating over 145 restaurants and nightlife venues dedicated to exclusive entertainment in Mexico and abroad. **Job Objective** Ensure control, recording, and analysis of accounting and financial operations, guaranteeing proper application of internal policies, tax compliance, and efficient use of the NetSuite ERP system for financial reporting, reconciliations, and strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and analyze daily accounting transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Review monthly closings and prepare working papers to ensure correct daily transaction recording for monthly closing across departments including accounts payable, revenue, costs, and procurement. * Review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). * Supervise bank reconciliations and review peso-denominated account movements. * Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, as well as training for internal users. * Consolidate information from international companies. * Monitor ERP implementation and required adjustments for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting or finance roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry. * ERP system proficiency, with NetSuite mandatory.
