




We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a focus on quality and leadership, responsible for ensuring the perfect execution of dishes, coordinating the kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and culinary innovation. Main Responsibilities ✔ Dish Supervision and Quality Ensure that each preparation meets quality and presentation standards. Establish guidelines for temperature, plating, and delivery times. Continuously supervise preparation and seek process improvements. ✔ Kitchen Team Management Coordinate, supervise, and train staff. Assign tasks and roles, as well as organize schedules and staffing. Evaluate team performance. ✔ Inventory and Purchasing Control Request necessary supplies and materials. Apply FIFO and FEFO systems. Minimize waste and report sold-out dishes. ✔ Kitchen Conditions and Safety Supervise opening and closing procedures. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out. Guarantee proper equipment handling and safety conditions. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in professional kitchens. Prior experience leading teams and coordinating kitchen operations. In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and presentation. Knowledge of hygiene regulations, food safety, and industrial equipment usage. Required Skills: Effective communication. Ability to work under pressure. Prioritization and decision-making. Leadership and organizational skills.
