Position Summary: We are seeking Branch Managers passionate about customer service, with skills in personnel administration, sales, and operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service orientation and teamwork BRANCH MANAGERS Responsibilities Enjoy serving customers, work collaboratively in teams, focus on achieving goals, and aspire to short-term growth. Personnel administration and management Propose and implement strategies to achieve the established sales target. Efficient management of petty cash (expense authorization, system entry, and replenishment requests) based on assigned budgets. Charge, record, and invoice services rendered. Perform daily cash closing, cash reconciliation, and cash deposits. Ensure staff compliance with franchise-established processes, procedures, rules, and policies in daily operations. Deposit daily income and validate income at banks. Record and invoice income and expenses in the administrative system. Monitor staff turnover rate. Identify training needs for supervised staff. Train staff on point-of-sale systems and franchise operations. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. Sundays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Midweek day off; negotiable if a weekend day is required in advance. Work location: Las Aguilas, Zapopan, Jal. Requirements: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience in inventory control, cash handling, invoicing, personnel management, customer service, and sales. CRM software proficiency.
