Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to develop executive projects and architectural drawings, produce renders, and manage project monitoring at Duran Alonso Constructores. Key Highlights: 1. Development of executive projects and renders. 2. Project monitoring and on-site review. 3. Proficiency in architectural design software. We are **Duran Alonso Constructores**, a construction company. We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Development of executive projects and architectural drawings. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\) Develop **executive projects** according to instructions from the immediate supervisor. 2\) Produce necessary renders for each project. 3\) Submit renders to the immediate supervisor for final approval. 4\) Maintain efficient internal communication to expedite project progress. 5\) Monitor project timelines and pending tasks. 6\) Conduct periodic site inspections. 7\) Generate drawings from 3D modeling, construction details, track changes, and implement project adjustments on-site. 8\) Estimate and procure materials required for construction. 9\) Prepare budgets. 10\) Interpret drawings and/or sketches. 11\) Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. **MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR HIRING** 1\) Architectural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and related technologies. 2\) Effective Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with team members. 3\) Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, devise creative solutions, and take initiative. 4\) Time Management: Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. 5\) Technology and Software: Familiarity with architectural design software including Office Suite, Adobe Suite (Photoshop\- Illustrator\- InDesign), SketchUp, and Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD\- Revit Basic\- Point cloud processing in Recap (for reference)). **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Occasional Saturdays required) **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS * Christmas Bonus * Profit Sharing * Vacation Bonus * FONACOT * Kilometer Allowance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * Three: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
