In this role, you will coordinate inventory management, production planning and demand forecasting, logistics, customer service (CS), and product export processes to ensure effective production and supply of products—in the required quantities, at the required costs and timelines—as defined by the Commercial team and in accordance with Kemin’s policies, goals, and standards.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the operational billing flow.
* Manage returns by ensuring product return to inventory or negotiating with customers to avoid returns, thereby minimizing losses.
* Supervise and propose improvements to internal processes to enhance internal efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor product stock levels to prevent monthly pending orders (Back Orders), while also ensuring FEFO compliance for products and minimizing or eliminating losses (DPS).
* Ensure accuracy of sales performance reports by analyzing and comparing budgeted versus actual results.
* When possible or necessary, accompany the field team on customer visits to better understand field and customer needs.
* Anticipate potential issues—such as delivery or invoicing problems—together with the field team or customers, thereby minimizing or eliminating such issues.
* Administer carrier relationships to ensure timely product delivery to customers according to their requirements and in line with contractual terms.
Qualifications:
* Completed university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Preferred specialization in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Knowledge of billing processes.
* Knowledge of logistics systems.
* Customer service orientation.
* Prior experience managing supply chain functions.
