A reputable company is seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR (SURVEYOR) **Functions:** Technical and administrative oversight of the project, from supervising personnel, requesting and receiving materials, to managing subcontracted work, generating project scope volumes, and executive project documentation (as-built drawings). **Responsibilities:** **Technical Management**: Supervises project execution, verifies material quality, resolves technical issues, and ensures compliance with project design. **Administrative Management:** Prepares regular and extraordinary scope definitions, execution volumes, maintains traceability records of the project, and ensures compliance with legal, labor, environmental, and safety regulations. Supervision and leadership: Coordinates personnel, controls work execution to ensure adherence to standards, communicates effectively with all other departments, and oversees site operations. **Skills and Abilities:** Specialization in roadworks, earthworks, and software **CivilCAD, AUTOCAD tools** Must be capable of analyzing projects and making decisions regarding infrastructure feasibility, drainage, hydro-sanitary installations, and stormwater systems. Requires ability to lead personnel, manage subcontractors, plan tasks, and collaborate effectively with other coordination departments. Must be able to interact and communicate instructions clearly and effectively with various departments: clients, suppliers, site personnel, and coordinators.
