Your mission To be the **operational brain** connecting production, procurement, sales, and logistics—ensuring everything flows intelligently and without improvisation. You’ll **plan what gets produced, when, with which inputs, and for which customers**, ensuring product availability—never running short nor overstocking. Key responsibilities * Develop the **monthly and weekly production plan**, aligned with sales forecasts and capacity. * Define and adjust **minimum and maximum inventory levels** for finished goods and key raw materials. * Coordinate **raw material procurement**, based on the production schedule and inventory levels. * Plan and coordinate **shipments to retail chains**, respecting delivery windows, timelines, and commercial priorities. * Monitor **raw material inventories**, receipts/shipments, and critical dates. * Serve as the operational liaison among **Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales**. * Analyze data and propose improvements in efficiency, inventory turnover, and response times. Who we’re looking for * Prior experience in **operational, production, or demand planning** (minimum 1 year). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. ERP or MRP experience?
