**Work Location:** Branches within the city (willingness to travel) ### **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field) * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years recruiting **operational profiles** (restaurants, retail, logistics, production, or services) * Experience in mass and field recruitment (desirable) * Willingness to travel between branches * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, social media, referrals) ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of **operational staff** (kitchen, bar, floor, warehouse, maintenance, drivers, etc.) * Posting and tracking job openings on Indeed and other platforms * CV screening and initial interviews * Coordinating interviews with branch leaders * Tracking hiring process and documentation * Supporting urgent vacancy coverage per branch ### **Key Competencies:** * Organization and sense of urgency * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Adaptability and results orientation * Field and office work ### **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Grocery vouchers * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Discounts at branches
