Currently seeking: Medical Device Process Inspector A Job Objective: To execute medical device process inspection activities that verify the quality of manufactured and/or packaged batches meets required specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), through clearance procedures, sampling, and in-process inspection. Responsibilities: 1\.\- Efficiently perform packaging, labeling, coding, and packing operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and timely documentation recording per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 2\.\- Execute production and packaging order requirements based on quality inspection activities for medical devices and black mandala. 3\.\- Perform sampling of bulk and finished products for analysis and product retention per specifications and regulatory compliance. 4\.\- Dispense raw materials, packaging materials, and containers for product manufacturing. 5\.\- Identify and report deviations occurring during dispensing, production, and packaging operations to the Quality Assurance team, subsequently actively participating in investigations to determine the appropriate CAPA plan. 6\.\- Segregate, identify, and track non-conforming or deviation-impacted products that may arise at any process stage. 7\.\- Reconcile materials at each process stage, ensuring proper identification and segregation. 8\.\- Conduct inspections and analyses of container and packaging materials required for product manufacturing. 9\.\- Receive, classify, and deliver manufacturing waste to the Environmental Management area for destruction. Education (Academic Qualifications) Minimum bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (QBP), Food Industry Chemistry (QFI), Chemistry (Q), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Industrial Quality Engineering (IQI), or Biochemistry (IBQ) (degree holder). Experience (Duration and Field) Minimum 1 year of experience in this position within the pharmaceutical, API, or medical device industry. Work Schedule: 4x4 shift pattern: work 4 days, comprising 2 day shifts (07:00–19:00 hrs) followed by 2 night shifts (19:00–07:00 hrs).
