Assist with painting, plumbing, and general repairs. **LICA!** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT!** We are a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of industrial footwear, PVC helmets, and PVC boots. **Profile:** * Gender: Unspecified. * Age: 18–35 years. * Education: Technical diploma, completed high school, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in a similar position. * Marital status: Unspecified. * Knowledge: General maintenance, basic electricity, and mechanics. **Responsibilities:** * Perform basic electrical repairs. * Assist with mechanical maintenance of machinery. * Carry out preventive maintenance on facilities. * Respond promptly to equipment failure reports. * Maintain order in tools and spare parts. * Assist with painting, plumbing, and general repairs. * Report progress to the coordination department. **We Offer:** * Base Salary: $13,841.26 monthly. * $2,824.69 weekly (tax-free). * $750.00 productivity bonus upon achieving 100% target. * Statutory benefits. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:45 PM **Our Location:** Industria Naviera 104, Parque Industrial El Colli, Zapopan, Jal.
