Your mission: You will be the key liaison between management, internal teams, and our external clients, ensuring every commitment is fulfilled and every client feels attended to at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: * VIP Attention: Managing direct communication with management's clients. * Operational Follow-up: Ensuring agreements made during meetings are executed on time and as agreed (Deadline Control). * Calendar Management: Strategic organization of management’s activities and meetings. * Handling Requests: Receiving and routing special requests from strategic clients. What Are We Looking For? * Degree in Economics or related field * Prior experience in high-level client service or executive assistance. * Impeccable spelling and writing skills (mandatory). * Multitasking ability and strong sense of urgency. * Proficiency with organizational tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello or similar).
