A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Retail Promoter, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of product visibility and positioning strategies at Points of Sale (pharmacies and supermarkets). The primary objective is to guarantee the presence, availability, and effective promotion of our products, ensuring optimal shelf display and rotation. Zapopan Area * (48 pharmacies) – pharmacies are communicated via WhatsApp message **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure inventory availability at assigned points of sale. * Place price promotions and POP materials in accordance with current campaigns. * Execute space rental agreements and negotiate additional displays. * Collect information on available products, pricing, and competitors. * Guarantee product visibility in natural locations, contracted displays, and negotiated placements. * Increase market share and improve the shelf position of our products. * Submit photographic evidence and execution reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter in the pharmaceutical or supermarket channel. * Knowledge of planograms and inventory control. * Ability to negotiate with store or pharmacy managers. * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Availability for local travel. **We Offer:** * Base salary: MXN $8,600.00 gross * Bonus: MXN $3,000.00 (guaranteed for the first month) * Transportation allowance: MXN $2,000.00 * Loyalty card: MXN $1,500 every three months * Grocery vouchers: MXN $800.00 per month * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training.
