Production Supervisor (experience in plastic injection)

Job Summary: This position seeks a production leader who ensures boot manufacturing according to schedule, supervising personnel and quality while maintaining optimal plant operations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in plastic production and equipment supervision. 2. Ensuring quality and efficiency in injection manufacturing. 3. Training and promoting discipline in the workplace. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or Engineering (preferably in plastics). * Personnel management experience (more than 15 people). * Experience in plastic injection. * 12-hour shift schedule (4 working days and 3 days off). * Availability to rotate shifts. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure boot production according to the schedule established by the Production Manager; assign responsibilities to each injection team member and verify all necessary activities to achieve on-time and high-quality manufacturing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and execute the production schedule to organize and ensure proper operation and parameterization of machines, equipment, and tools for production. * Supervise that products meet quality specifications. * Prepare and submit production reports and summaries to Production Management. * Continuously train new injection area employees. * Promote, ensure, and supervise mutual respect and discipline among all coworkers. * Interview prospective personnel. * Participate in safety equipment exhibition projects. * Collaborate with the maintenance team by proposing or implementing solutions as needed. * Ensure cleanliness of the plant and all its areas.
