Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Employee** Operational**Job Objective** Conduct product development trials (experimental batches), ensuring cleanliness, tracking failures and/or damages, as well as proper segregation of hazardous waste in compliance with current regulations, and achieving established objectives.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Execute the manufacturing process for experimental batches supporting the development of New Products (NP), Reformulations (RF), and Evaluation of Alternative Manufacturers (EFA), adhering to the quality management system and complying with regulatory requirements from national and international authorities. * Maintain cleanliness and perform equipment qualification in pilot plant areas to support daily operations. * Organize and segregate non-conforming products for destruction and final identification of the process. * Perform activities associated with the Quality Management System under a code of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Experience * Pharmaceutical industry: 1 year * Unit operations (agitation, mixing, granulation, dosing, compression, etc.): 1 year * Operation of production equipment (high-shear granulators, dryers, tablet presses, capsule fillers, etc.): 1 year Knowledge * Basic Microsoft Office suite.
