On-site work at the plant located in Nextipac, Zapopan, Jalisco, with a day shift schedule to be agreed upon. A recycling company is seeking responsible operators for its plastic shredding and grinding line. This line consists of a shredder and a grinder, each equipped with independent feed belts. Duties include feeding and monitoring both machines, ensuring proper material flow through the blower and silo until it is ready for packaging. Once the final product is obtained, it is packed and weighed in either 1-ton super sacks or 25-kg bags, depending on customer requirements. The operator must perform basic preventive maintenance daily, such as inspecting and tightening screws and bolts, checking water and oil levels, and ensuring the process runs efficiently and safely. We seek individuals who are committed, capable of performing manual tasks and supervising mechanical processes, and willing to follow safety and quality protocols. Prior experience operating industrial machinery or working in recycling is preferred, as is the ability to lift and move loads.
