Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager with experience in team management and supply chain optimization to lead and improve logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and partners. **Industry-Leading Textile Company** **Hiring:** **Logistics Manager** ----------------------------------- **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience managing drivers and supervisors (logistics shipping). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Valid Driver’s License (Mandatory) **Skills:** * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Proven ability to optimize logistics and supply chain processes. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in logistics and supply chain management. * Excellent understanding of ERP and MRP systems. * Outstanding data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the logistics team to ensure optimal and efficient performance. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. * Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. * Implement and maintain inventory control and shipment tracking systems. * Ensure on-time delivery and maintenance of customer service levels. * Oversee logistics data analysis to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making. **Our offer is $26,000 per month before taxes (non-negotiable)** Food vouchers: 7% additional to assigned salary Christmas bonus: 30 days per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (100% vacation premium) Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) Major medical insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18) Savings fund (upon achieving full-time status) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration)
