Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize transportation, manage personnel, and document shipments to ensure efficient deliveries and logistical control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and optimization of in-house and third-party transportation 2. Management of loading personnel and drivers 3. Tracking and documentation of shipments REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience • Personnel management experience • SAP 1 experience (Preferred) • Completed high school education • Availability to work flexible hours RESPONSIBILITIES Selection and optimization of in-house and third-party transportation. - Development and optimization of local and national routes. - Documentation of shipments to customers and intercompany transfers, fulfilling special requirements. - Ensuring on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF). - Requesting insurance policies. - Tracking shipments. - Communicating shipment status. - Obtaining delivery acknowledgments from customers. - Validating carrier and courier invoices and forwarding them to Accounts Payable. - Controlling logistics expenses in line with targets. - Managing loading personnel and drivers. - Maintaining databases, records, and departmental KPIs.
