Main Responsibilities *Invoice and waybill review. *Registering and storing invoices. *Payment complement review. *Storing payment complements. *Requesting evidence and payment complements. *Evidence review and scanning. *Storing invoices and accountant reports. *Administrative process support within the department. *Supplier follow-up (in case of incidents or shortages). *Physical/digital documentation organization and archiving. *Evidence control and follow-up (PODs, supporting documents). Requirements Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Accounting Assistant or Administration). Minimum 1 year of experience. Organizational, follow-up, and documentation control skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
