DESIGNER ANALYST – CADASTRAL AND PROPERTY SYSTEMS We are seeking a Designer Analyst with strong technical and process-oriented expertise for a major cadastral and property modernization project. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and document business processes and workflows for cadastral and property transactions. Design workflows and business rules considering modern architectures. Develop functional requirements, flow diagrams (BPMN), use cases, and detailed specifications. Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions. Design workflow operations in microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes environments. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Process Designer. Advanced English (fluent reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory). Solid database knowledge (SQL, data modeling). Experience in workflow and business process design (BPMN, UML). Required technical knowledge: Microservice architectures Docker Kubernetes Desirable experience in cadastral, property, or public administration management systems. Proficiency with modeling tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.). We Offer: Participation in a high-impact strategic project. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
