**Your Role:**
As Assistant General Counsel, you will be a key member of the US Legal and Compliance team, acting as the primary liaison for Global Procurement \& Supply Chain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support for complex commercial issues and contracts.

The Role

**Your Role: Senior Finance Assistant**
As Senior Finance Assistant, you will support the Elanco US Affiliate business, focusing on managing returns, credits, and shipment issues. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of these customer requirements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal practices. This role also involves collaborating with public warehouses and third\-party manufacturers across the U.S.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Manage and resolve customer issues related to returns, credits, and shipment corrections, including pricing and transportation arrangements.
* Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes\-Oxley, cGMP) and maintain accurate, organized documentation and computer files.
* Actively participate in calls with distribution centers and collaborate with public warehouses, third\-party manufacturers, and internal Customer Experience teams.
