Quality and Food Safety Inspector Job Description: Are you passionate about continuous improvement and process safety? At Extrupac, we are looking for a committed Quality and Food Safety Inspector dedicated to excellence. Your mission will be to ensure that our raw materials, production processes, and finished products strictly meet quality standards and required specifications. Main Responsibilities: Process Inspection: Monitor production stages such as extrusion (monolayer, multilayer, zipper), bubble film, lamination, digital printing, cutting, and ESD bags, among others. Material Control: Perform incoming material inspections and collect hold samples from each process for laboratory testing. Food Safety Management: Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for both personnel and facilities during audits. Documentation: Record data in relevant systems, issue quality alerts, and prepare internal and customer-facing color specification letters. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in improvement initiatives and fully comply with all safety and hygiene regulations. Profile Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB). Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in production areas. Technical Knowledge: Manufacturing and process management systems. Food safety standards (GMP, HACCP). ERP and Microsoft Office software proficiency. Skills: Teamwork, excellent time management, results orientation, and stress tolerance. We Offer: Join a leading company in its industry.
