Job Summary: Operate extruder machines to manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging, ensuring quality and performance through adjustments, monitoring, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adjustment and control of extruder machine parameters 2. Monitoring and troubleshooting of production technical issues 3. Performing basic and preventive maintenance of machinery Extrusion Operators GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging by operating extruder machines in compliance with quality standards. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Adjust and control machine parameters Monitor output produced by the extruder machine Troubleshoot technical production issues affecting quality and performance Manage and schedule machine changeovers as required Perform basic and preventive maintenance tasks Mix resins for production Clean equipment during and at the end of the work shift Follow good manufacturing practices Selection Criteria 1 year of experience in monolayer extrusion Completed secondary education Shift availability . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
