Extruder Operator - Shift Role

Job Summary: Operate extrusion machines to manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging, ensuring quality standards and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating extrusion machines and adjusting production parameters. 2. Monitoring production and resolving technical issues. 3. Performing basic maintenance and resin blending. Extrusion Operators GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging by operating extrusion machines in compliance with quality standards. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Adjust and control machine parameters Monitor production output from the extrusion machine Resolve technical production issues affecting quality and performance Manage and schedule machine changeovers as required Perform basic and preventive maintenance tasks Blend resins for production Perform cleaning during and at the end of the work shift Follow good manufacturing practices Selection Criteria 1 year of experience in monolayer extrusion Completed secondary education Shift availability . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
