We have presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos San Lucas.** Join our team, we are looking for: CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT Position objective: Broadly supervise projects, quality standards and construction specifications, catalog of work or service concepts or activities, execution and supply programs, including drawings with their modifications, general and specific construction specifications and quality standards, logs, agreements and other inherent documents generated during the execution of the works Requirements: · Completed bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering · Minimum 3 years of experience in the position · Experience in formwork and mass housing · Experience in finishes Knowledge of: · Autocad · Office (intermediate) · Excel (Intermediate) Functions: · Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. · Develop and monitor compliance with construction schedules. · Assign general and daily responsibilities. · Ensure that labor and materials are appropriate. · Coordinate the on-site Quality Laboratory team. · Guarantee compliance with all safety measures and quality standards. · Prepare construction schedules · Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. · Control costs and ensure they adhere to the budget. · Ensure quality and agreed execution schedules with the various companies involved in the project; · Prepare, review and request approval of estimates. · Solve problems with integrity; report to your direct supervisor via Construction Log and other formal means. · Coordinate resources entering the site. · Make investment projections for the project based on budget and schedule.
