Store Manager A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is seeking a Store Manager to work at the Movistar Customer Service Center. WORK LOCATION: AV SANTA MARGARITA 3600 RESIDENCIAL PONIENTE Inside the Plaza, Residencial Poniente, 45136 Zapopan, Jal. Key Responsibilities: \-Support coordination and supervision of staff; enhance organizational profitability by designing sales strategies. \-Verify achievement of objectives and commercial proposals, as well as proper follow-up on processes across departments. \-Management of the store's sales team \-Assist in employee training and development \-Support customers with inquiries and problem resolution \-Administrative tasks \-Maintain regular communication with leaders and provide consultation regarding open or closed positions. \-Adherence to store objectives Requirements: * Valid basic documentation — IMMEDIATE HIRING * Prior experience in similar positions * Professional appearance * Strong customer service skills * Basic computer proficiency * Flexible availability * Completed bachelor's degree (CERTIFICATE required) Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating weekly days off and one-hour lunch break Benefits offered: * Base salary: $10,000 plus commissions * Statutory benefits from day one; enhanced benefits starting from the sixth month * Short-term career growth opportunities If you are interested and meet the profile, apply here.
