Specialized retail store selling adult products, located near Galerías Plaza in Zapopan, is seeking a Floor Salesperson for **part-time evening shift**. We are looking for a responsible, open-minded, and positive individual with strong customer service skills who enjoys sales and direct interpersonal interaction, always maintaining a respectful, professional, and non-judgmental environment. **Schedule:** * Part-time evening shift * Continuous hours from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM * 6 days per week * 1 weekday day off * Store open Monday through Sunday * Occasionally, support may be requested to cover other shifts, with prior notice. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-store and online personalized customer service and consultation. * Product posting on social media (Instagram and Facebook) and customer follow-up via WhatsApp. * Clear and respectful guidance on product usage and features. * Receiving goods from the main warehouse and performing basic merchandise verification. * Order tracking. * Cash handling, collections, and general store support tasks. * Product arrangement, cleaning, and display. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Inventory management knowledge. * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Comfort discussing topics related to adult products. * Proficiency in using social media and WhatsApp. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $4,500 MXN per month (take-home pay). * 3% commission on individual sales. * Complimentary uniforms. * Employee discounts and preferential pricing on products. * Opportunity for indefinite-term employment contract. * Flexible schedules and a respectful, professional work environment.
