Job Requirements: • Completed secondary education (technical training in refrigeration, electromechanics, HVAC, etc. is desirable). • Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, industrial maintenance, or similar fields (desirable). • Responsible and organized individual with attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: -Support in assembling extraction equipment, control panels, and hydronic kits -Testing of machinery. -Identifying and reporting defective products. -Packaging of equipment, strapping, palletizing, crates, etc. -Ensuring products meet specifications Job Offer -Monthly income of $12,500–$13,500 MXN, net -Productivity bonus -Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. -Days off upon achievement of goals. -Legal benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, and year-end bonus). -Opportunities for development and ongoing training. -Support for sports activities. -Recreational and cultural activities for employee enjoyment.
