




Position Summary: On-site Operational Physician responsible for identifying and assessing occupational hazards, preventing work-related illnesses and injuries, and monitoring employees' health. First Aid Training and Health Promotion **Position Title:** On-Site Operational Physicians **General Position Objective:** Identify and assess occupational hazards to prevent occupational diseases and work-related injuries or accidents. Monitor employees' health, particularly those exposed to specific working conditions or occupational risks. **Address:** Francisco Montejano Palacios 25 La Venta del Astillero, 45221 Zapopan, Jal. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provide initial in-person consultations to employees and/or remote medical advisory services * Administer first aid in medical emergencies and/or urgent situations * Conduct training and/or formation of the first aid brigade * Prepare occupational medical histories * Draft medical notes according to consultations * Prepare occupational medical records in compliance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 * Provide advisory support and/or assist in completing IMSS ST forms * Conduct medical evaluations for new hires, periodic assessments, and safe return-to-work evaluations for company personnel * Maintain control and inventory of medication inflows and outflows within the clinic * Propose and implement health promotion campaigns and prevention programs for occupational and/or chronic-degenerative diseases * Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of first aid kits and medical supplies * Submit weekly, monthly, semiannual health indicators and Annual Health Diagnosis * Perform medical evaluations for high-risk jobs * Deliver talks and/or workshops on topics of interest to employees * Coordinate with the Safety and Hygiene Committee to address health-related risk issues * Develop procedural manuals and emergency/urgent care manuals for the company * Conduct workplace walkthroughs to identify hazards * Refer cases to specialists or subspecialists as required **Required Competencies:** * Bachelor's Degree in General Medicine (Degree and Professional License) * Diploma and/or Master's Degree in Occupational Medicine (Preferred) * Experience in Corporate Medical Clinics (1 year preferred) * Experience in Emergency Care (Preferred: ACLS-BLS certification) * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Teamwork * Innovation and creativity * Self-management * Leadership * Responsibility * Commitment * Flexibility and adaptability **Working Hours:** * **Morning Shift Physician:** Monday to Saturday, 06:00–14:00 hours * **Afternoon Shift Physician:** Monday to Saturday, 14:00–22:00 hours **Salary:** * $19,000.00 MXN Gross Monthly / $16,094.00 MXN Net Monthly Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $19,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Educational support * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
