Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team, responsible for payroll preparation and stamping, employee registration and deregistration with IMSS, and calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll preparation and stamping 2. IMSS registration and deregistration management 3. Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PAYROLL SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in this role or similar * Professional appearance * Proficiency in basic \- intermediate Excel * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Responsible and committed individuals RESPONSIBILITIES * Payroll preparation and stamping * Support in reviewing and tracking documents with relevant institutions as required * IMSS registration and deregistration management * Review of attendance records, leaves, absences, vacations, and general personnel matters * Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * SUA, IDSE * Salary adjustments * PTU calculation * Annual wage and salary tax return * Annual tax return * Review and preparation of commission payment files * Timely payroll delivery and archiving * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Preparation and delivery of employment termination settlements (finiquitos) * Clarification of payroll-related inquiries from employees Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
