




**Join our administrative team!** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to directly support Management in supervising and controlling internal operations. We are seeking a highly organized, committed, and results-oriented individual who enjoys maintaining order and efficiency in every process. **Location:** Av. San Luis Gonzaga 5609, Arcos de Guadalupe, Zapopan, Jalisco. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** $15,000 net monthly + statutory benefits **Job Objective** Provide direct support to Management in the supervision and control of administrative operations, ensuring compliance with internal processes, efficient information flow, and optimal use of financial and material resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in administrative fields or related areas (Accounting, Administration, Financial Engineering, or related field). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or managerial support roles. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Experience with **CONTPAQi** system (billing, payments, and reporting). **Key Competencies** * Organization and excellent time management. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Assertive communication and effective interdepartmental coordination. * Problem-solving skills and ability to track key indicators. * Teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments. * Commitment and flexible availability. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily control and review of petty cash. * Weekly review of bank transactions. * Issuance, cancellation, and tracking of guarantees (checks and bonds). * Preparation and daily submission of executive reports to Management. * Annual update of the supplier registry. * General supervision of administrative departments. * Monthly submission to Accounting of purchase reports, invoices, sales, and profits. * Filing and safekeeping of customer contracts and records. * Verification of incoming goods and coordination of administrative tasks. * Training and guidance for administrative staff on internal processes. **We Offer** * Stable salary. * Statutory benefits. * Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
