W E A R E H I R I N G **Training Coordinator** **Objective:** To promote the professional development of our team and foster an organizational culture aligned with the company’s objectives. This key role will be responsible for updating and training our staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting holistic growth and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Design and update the annual training plan based on the Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Manage internal and external training, from content coordination to logistics. * Develop and administer teaching materials, assessments, and follow-up methods to measure training impact. * Maintain detailed records and organize training files, as well as support audits by governmental and certification bodies. * Foster employee integration and participation through themed events and activities. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations. * Experience: Knowledge of human resources management, contract preparation, Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). * Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively, leadership in group management, and strong writing skills. * Technical Competencies: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 MXN per month during the probationary period (3 months), increasing to $17,000 MXN upon permanent hiring. * Benefits: Statutory benefits and food vouchers ($725 + 3% of salary). * Pay Frequency: Biweekly. * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
