Polite and service-oriented: You will be the hotel’s face for late-arriving guests or those requiring nighttime assistance. Solution-focused: Capable of making quick decisions and efficiently resolving unexpected situations. Organized and meticulous: Highly detail-oriented for handling financial reports, cash reconciliations, and administrative processes. Key responsibilities: Perform the nightly audit process (closing the hotel day, verifying charges and balances). Handle guest check-in and check-out during the shift. Resolve guest inquiries, requests, or incidents with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate with the security team to ensure the property’s safety and tranquility.
