Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with payroll experience to manage payroll processing, incident control, affiliation transactions, and tax compliance—including month-end closings and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll and Mexican labor/tax legislation 3. End-to-end payroll management, incident handling, and tax compliance * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of specific experience in payroll. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Current Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Comprehensive calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * **Excel:** Intermediate/advanced level (formulas and pivot tables). * **Operational Management:** Processing weekly and biweekly payroll. * **Incident Control:** Managing absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, and loans. * **Affiliation Transactions:** Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in **IDSE and SUA**. * **Tax Compliance:** Validation of electronic invoice stamping (timbrado) with the **SAT**, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) calculation. * **Closings and Reconciliations:** Performing payroll vs. accounting reconciliations and preparing reports for payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and FONACOT**. **Terminations:** Accurate calculation of severance pay (finiquitos) and settlements in accordance with applicable law.
