




* HUMAN CAPITAL GENERALIST Plan and execute administrative human capital processes Workforce administration Termination processes Training * Execute and monitor the onboarding process for new hires to ensure their adaptation and retention, as well as training processes according to the job-specific competency matrix, facilitating operational execution. * Draft administrative and sales contracts and oversee their signing. * Address employee inquiries (payroll payments, letters, payments, INFONAVIT, clarifications, processes, etc.) to ensure clarity regarding their compensation structure and onboarding procedures. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management or related field. * Required experience: Labor relations, internal customer service, knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Excel proficiency. Monthly closing report preparation.
