Company dedicated to digital printing and flexography is seeking ***INSIDE SALES (flexography)*** KNOWLEDGE: * Customer service and attention * Sales and prospecting skills * Communication and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospecting new clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team. * Providing after-sales support via phone calls, visits, and digital channels. * Sharing quotations. * Uploading files and quotations to the server. * Managing schedules to optimize resources. * Providing timely and accurate follow-up with customers.
