




We are looking for sales representatives with a consultative mindset to offer solutions in **strategy, web development, hosting, maintenance, and SEO**. We don't sell "standalone services"; we help each client choose what they **truly need**. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and qualify clients in your city and remotely. * Identify client needs and propose the right solution (Brújula, Web, Hosting/Maintenance, SEO). * Provide consultative follow-up through to closing. * Record opportunities and sales in our simple workflow (CRM/spreadsheet). * Meet monthly targets and participate in brief performance meetings. **What we offer** * **Base commission of 12%** per closed sale. * **Weekly payments** and **performance bonuses** (5% and 10% based on results). * **Recurring revenue (MRR)** from active clients in maintenance/hosting/SEO. * Short training on product, messaging, and prospecting. * Flexible hours, remote or hybrid work. **Ideal profile** * Clear communication, professional demeanor, and results-driven focus. * Sales experience (preferred but not essential if you have attitude and discipline). * Organized in following up and tracking progress. **Growth** Opportunity to scale into managing your own portfolio with recurring income, and potential to lead new sales reps based on performance.
