**Finance Assistant** Location * Plastic Industry \#2113, Col. Zapopan Industrial Norte Position Objective Provide support to the Finance department in the analysis, preparation, and management of financial information, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper resource administration. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and follow up on periodic financial reports. * Support in the analysis of financial statements and budget control. * Perform accounting entries and reconciliations. * Assist in scheduling payments to national and foreign suppliers. * Monitor financial indicators (interest rates, exchange rates, costs, etc.). * Prepare information for internal and external audits. * Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding of financial information. Profile Requirements * Education: Completed or partially completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** in accounting/financial area. * Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** and preferably **SAP or other ERP**.
