*Grupo Trimex, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the production, distribution, and marketing of products for all categories of the wheat industry (white and prepared flours, as well as wheat milling derivatives), is seeking:* **QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN** *\*\*Temporary* **Location:** *San Juan de Ocotán, Zapopan* ***Job Objective:*** Analyze and determine wheat types and flour characteristics to ensure plant-produced goods meet specifications, thereby guaranteeing consistent product quality and safety, as well as customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field * Prior experience in a similar position or internships preferred * Knowledge of physicochemical analysis and laboratory equipment operation * SAP proficiency desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct physicochemical and rheological analyses on wheat flours using analytical techniques and laboratory equipment. * Schedule and manage calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Analyze raw materials and inputs to approve incoming material. * Sample and analyze flour during production to ensure output complies with established standards for each flour type. * Administer the department through available systems, document control, and result recordkeeping to ensure information traceability. * Manage sampling and shipment of samples to third-party laboratories according to the annual microbiological testing program to ensure product safety. ***WE OFFER:*** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Grocery vouchers * Major and minor medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Professional development and growth Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,396.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings box * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
