Paid training and free uniform. **San Isidro Branch** **Purchasing Assistant | Weekly Pay + Superior Benefits** Medicinas Rosario is looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Follow department-established procedures * Review documents and forms for supplier onboarding (F1PNO\-CO\-005\) * Onboard suppliers in the Indigo system * Review documents and forms for product onboarding (F1PNO\-CO\-004\) * Onboard products in the Indigo system * Delete received purchase items or purchase orders * Move received invoices from the "Receipt\-Purchases" folder to the "Historical" folder * Follow up on complaints and claims against suppliers * Enter product offers into the system * Enter customer offers into the system * Enter supplier offers into the system * Update prices in the Indigo system * Update product and supplier catalogs in the Indigo system * Adhere to department-established safety measures and best practices **REQUIREMENTS** * **Age:** No restriction * **Gender:** No restriction * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school and/or equivalent experience * **Marital Status:** No restriction * **Minimum Experience:** **1 year** * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in database management **(Excel)** required **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Weekly pay \- **(Not including the week of payroll advance)** * IMSS \- **100%** contribution * 25-day year-end bonus \- **(Above statutory requirement)** * Vacation and vacation premium \- **(Statutory)** * Profit sharing **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Punctuality bonus: **10%** * Attendance award: **10%** * Monthly food vouchers: **7% + $420** * Savings fund: **5%** * Free cafeteria * Personal loans **(up to two months’ salary)** * Transportation assistance \- **(For night shift)** * Medication discounts * Paid training * Free uniform * Productivity incentive \- **(Starting from the 7th month)** * Opportunity for growth and internal promotions Join Medicinas Rosario and work in a professionally growth-oriented environment.
